Mary-Ann is a certified trainer and development professional with over 13 years’ experience of providing health, social care, and preventive training to individuals and within social care settings.

She has a solid record of assessing training/learning requirements and delivering overall and individualised development plans; is well-versed in delivering mandatory and statutory training to nursing and agency staff and members of companies; and an, excellent communicator, problem solver, and strategic thinker with proven ability to establish solid relations with clients, learners, and multi-disciplinary functions.
